NISSIN DIARY DESIGN 2018

The Ask: Dentsu MB embarked on a project with Nissin Foods, focusing on the iconic ramen noodles brand. The objective is to illustrate the significant milestones in Nissin’s journey, showcasing its evolution and impact on the instant noodle market.

Why: The rationale behind this project stemmed from the need to strengthen Nissin’s brand identity and connect with consumers on a deeper level. As consumer preferences evolve and competition increases, it is crucial for brands like Nissin to highlight their heritage, innovation, and commitment to quality. By illustrating key milestones in their journey, Dentsu MB aimed to reinforce Nissin’s position as a pioneer in the ramen segment while also appealing to both long-time fans and new customers.

Solution: To effectively communicate these milestones, I created Engaging graphic hand drawn illustrations and handwritten type providing historical context and insights into the brand’s innovations and milestones in a creative way inculcating maggi noodle in the form of the main visual.
